FBI agents visit donors of 'Decoy Dan' Sullivan as the US probe into an alleged Alaska Senate ballot plot widens

Trump called the Alaska ballot case "voter fraud at the highest level" at a Mar-a-Lago Halloween party Saturday, accusing 'Decoy Dan' Sullivan of hiding and declaring "he knows he's guilty." The FBI has contacted donors in at least two remote Alaskan communities and Massachusetts, asking whether they felt deceived about which Sullivan they were backing.
Alaska's own Republican-run attorney general's office called the DOJ's demand to isolate ballots "both disturbing and impossible," warning it would violate voter privacy.
Democrat Mary Peltola insists she is "deeply offended" by the accusations and knew nothing beyond her own candidacy, but stayed silent on the federal criminal probe at a Friday rally.
Charles Flint, a Petersburg boat dealer who gave $500 to Dan J. Sullivan's campaign, told the FBI agent who visited his son: "I don't think there's any confusion — everybody knows who the incumbent is."
