Firm is accused of charging migrants thousands for healthcare jobs that never existed as scams surge

Synetal Solutions Ltd, registered in 2025, is accused of taking thousands of pounds from Skilled Worker visa holders by promising sponsored healthcare jobs that did not exist. Apurv Patel paid £3,600 and, eight months later, had been given no job offers, no interviews and no substantive assistance. London Citizens Advice says recruitment scams have risen sharply since the government halted overseas care worker recruitment. Synetal Solutions disputes the allegations.
