William Chapman, 24, never told his neighbours Kelsey Smith, 18, and Joshua Anderson, 23, that he had been an actor, and he never spoke of his past. He lived alone, had no family visitors, and ordered an orange juice or half a John Smith's once a week at a nearby bar. An inquest heard he had schizophrenia and had suffered previous bouts of psychosis.

Joshua Anderson said: 'He was a harmless young man who made a fatal mistake.'

Chapman once played a young Edward Jenner in the BBC series 'True Stories'.

Yorkshire Wildlife Park has reopened, and Altai the Siberian tiger will not be put down.
