A boy rang the fake 'Chelsie' Snapchat account and Rylan Ray, 26, picked up. That slip exposed him. As an Army Cadet Force detachment commander in Peterborough, Ray contacted children on WhatsApp about cadet duties, then steered the chats to Snapchat, where they turned sexual.
Police traced a second fake account to cadet commander Rylan Ray's flat, finding six victims' images.
