Former US West Point cadet is sued for allegedly spiking his pregnant girlfriend's protein shake with abortion pills

Caleb Suh, a former West Point cadet now enrolled at Columbia University, has been sued by his ex-girlfriend after he allegedly crushed abortion pills into her protein shake, telling her 'eat this, it's good for you' before she lost consciousness and the pregnancy. The lawsuit alleges she woke up bleeding and was taken to the West Point hospital, where the forced abortion was confirmed. Suh then enrolled at Cornell for graduate school before transferring to Columbia, where he remains.

Suh's father is a powerful US healthcare executive who hosted lavish James Bond-themed parties at his $17m Washington mansion.

The complaint alleges Suh carried out the assault while his girlfriend was unconscious, without her knowledge or consent.

He faces a civil suit rather than criminal charges — and is still studying at an Ivy League university.
