Former West Point cadet is accused of drugging his pregnant girlfriend with a spiked shake to force an abortion

Caleb Suh, a former West Point cadet now attending Columbia University, is being sued by his ex-girlfriend after he allegedly slipped an abortion-inducing drug into a milkshake he gave her while she was pregnant, causing her to lose the baby while unconscious. The lawsuit claims Suh told her "eat this, it's good for you" before she fell ill, not knowing she had been medicated against her will. After leaving West Point, Suh reportedly enrolled at Cornell before transferring to Columbia.

The complaint alleges the forced abortion took place at the West Point military academy itself, making the case a direct scandal for the US Army institution.

Suh is accused of researching the drugs beforehand and administering them without the girlfriend's knowledge or consent, the lawsuit claims.

The victim only discovered what had happened after piecing together events and medical records, according to the complaint.
