Four-week-old baby is thrown from his pram as his mother is beaten in a Detroit ambush she blames on his father's family

The mother, identified only as 'Taylor', says she was lured to a house on Detroit's west side by relatives who claimed they wanted to meet her newborn son. Three women allegedly set upon her in a 'three versus one' attack that lasted ten minutes. Her baby landed face down, leaving him with bruising and a swollen eye. The attack came just four weeks after she had a C-section.

Detroit police are preparing to hand the case to the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.

Her face was so battered she refused to appear on camera.

'I was just feeling blows on every part of my body,' she said.
