Graduates and a parent complain to St Hilda's that a bearded Oxford lecturer's huge fake breasts 'violate women's dignity'

Matt Rattley, a biochemistry lecturer at St Hilda's College, Oxford, wore giant prosthetic breasts, lipstick and women's clothing to staff training sessions, causing one colleague such distress that she was absent for most of the series. St Hilda's has now received no fewer than three formal letters of complaint, several of them alleging that the behaviour constitutes sexual harassment of female students and staff.
The complainants include a clinical psychologist and a current student's parent, and their letters contend that Rattley's appearance 'creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading and humiliating environment'.
A colleague who was seated in the front row during one presentation said the prosthetic breasts felt 'in my face' and that she 'didn't know where to look'.
