Hairy Bikers' Si King calls ex-wife Jane 'fabulous' and says divorce was 'painful' days after revealing new girlfriend

Si King has opened up about the "pain and anguish" of his 2016 divorce from Jane, his wife of 27 years, crediting her with being more emotionally mature during the split and insisting the pair remain "great great mates." The Hairy Bikers star made the candid remarks on Davina McCall's 'Begin Again' podcast, just days after going public with new girlfriend Milly Witcomb.

King blamed his long absences filming for the breakdown of the marriage, saying: 'It takes two to tango and it's never anybody's fault.'

He is reportedly 'very happy' with Witcomb, a Staffordshire-based designer and property manager, after two years of grief following best friend Dave Myers' death.
