Si King, 59, has gone public for the first time with a new romance since his marriage ended, revealing he is dating Milly, a divorced interior designer he calls a "very special lady". King said his instinct during grief was to shut everyone out following the death of his Hairy Bikers co-star Dave Myers, who lost a two-year battle with cancer in February 2024 at the age of 66. In the year after Myers died, King said he was unable to face returning to work and thought about "riding into the sunset".

King described his grief over Myers' death as a mix of 'confusion, anger and abandonment', saying people had been 'enormously respectful'.

Milly is said to have mended King's 'lost' heart after he struggled through the aftermath of both his marriage breakdown and Myers' death.

King is a father of three and is set to turn 60 within weeks, marking the start of what he calls a new chapter.
