Harry and Meghan lose the executive behind their Netflix docuseries, at least the 24th staffer to quit since their wedding

Chanel Pysnik, an Emmy-winning executive previously at CNN and Disney+, who held the nonfiction, film and TV leadership role at Archewell Productions, has departed after nearly six years — with no successor announced. Among the couple's earliest recruits, she came on board in May 2021 soon after their landmark Netflix deal and drove projects including the record-breaking 'Harry & Meghan' documentary. Harry and Meghan paid tribute to her in a joint statement, calling her legacy "to be celebrated."
Pysnik is at least the 24th person to quit working for the Sussexes since their 2018 wedding, and the 16th since the Megxit crisis.
Archewell Productions remains based in California with a watered-down Netflix first-look deal, even as Harry and Meghan now live in Britain.
'With Love, Meghan', which Pysnik executive-produced, earned a Daytime Emmy nomination in 2026 despite being widely panned by critics.
