Harry and Meghan move into a house on a wealthy friend's Cotswolds estate after 'calling off' their £10m home hunt

Harry and Meghan's businessman host — a friend the Duke met through shared support of military charities — is said to be happy for the family to stay on indefinitely. The couple moved to the separate property on the estate the weekend before taking their children, Prince Archie, seven, and Princess Lilibet, five, on an October half-term holiday abroad. The £10m Cotswolds house hunt had been live since the Sussexes returned from California on 26 August.
They are keeping their £19.5m Montecito mansion, which staff are still maintaining, despite the UK move.
Meghan is expected to relocate to Melbourne next year to co-host Junior MasterChef, with Harry and the children possibly visiting.
Harry has no permanent UK home since being asked to vacate Frogmore Cottage in 2023, weeks after his memoir 'Spare' was published.
