Harry and Meghan move into a wealthy friend's Cotswolds estate home and put their £10m house hunt on hold

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have abandoned their reported £10 million countryside property search, with a friend of their businessman host confirming the couple moved from the main house into a separate dwelling on the same Cotswolds estate before leaving on an October half-term holiday abroad with Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five.
Harry formed a bond with the unnamed businessman through shared support of military charities, and the host has made clear he is content for the family to remain on the estate for as long as they wish.
The Sussexes are retaining their £19.5 million Montecito mansion, with staff keeping it running, meaning there is no fixed deadline for them to settle permanently in Britain.
Meghan is expected to travel to Australia next year to co-host Junior MasterChef, with Harry and the children potentially joining her in Melbourne.
