Harry and Meghan's senior Archewell executive quits after five years, becoming at least the 24th employee to leave the couple

Chanel Pysnik, who led non-fiction, film and TV at Archewell Productions, has left the company after five and a half years, making her at least the 24th person to have departed from the couple's employ since their 2018 wedding. She joined in May 2021, having previously worked at CNN and Disney+, and oversaw several of their most prominent projects, among them the record-breaking Netflix documentary 'Harry & Meghan'. No successor has been announced.
Pysnik served as executive producer on 'With Love, Meghan', which drew widespread critical derision yet still secured a Daytime Emmy nomination.
Archewell's current arrangement with Netflix is a 'watered-down' first-look deal, put in place after the original $100 million contract ran out.
In a joint statement, Harry and Meghan celebrated Pysnik's 'impact and legacy', adding that they are 'championing her' in her next chapter.
