Harry's spokesman insists 'some people don't want it to work out' was not a swipe at William after GQ interview
Prince Harry speaks to GQ Magazine, whose interview quoted him calling reconciliation with his family "the most important thing" — a remark his spokesman said was made in a general context.
Prince Harry told GQ reconciliation with his family was what mattered most, before adding: 'I want it to work out.' He was reportedly paid by MasterClass, whose paid-for grief course the interview was promoting. Prince William, heir to the throne, is understood to oppose any Sussex return. Harry also admitted the family's move back from California was decided at very short notice.
Harry says King Charles is 'getting better' nearly three years after his cancer diagnosis.
He claims he asks Princess Diana questions and 'sometimes I do get a response'.
Whoopi Goldberg, a friend of Harry's, predicts the brothers will 'peacefully reconcile'.
