Police escorted the woman from the venue while the attacker faced no apparent action; she raised a middle finger at the crowd as she was led out.
Trump was campaigning for Republican Senator Jon Husted and gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy ahead of the November 3 midterm elections.
