Robert Rajhpaul, a RADA-trained actor currently staying in temporary homeless accommodation with his dog Twinkle, told Central London County Court that his sister Precious inherited the whole of their late mother Milda's £1.2m estate under a will signed just one year before Milda's death in 2024 at the age of 88.

Robert alleges that Precious arranged their mother's cremation despite Milda having expressed a wish for a Christian burial.

An earlier will from 1993 had split the estate equally between the two siblings; Robert argues that his mother lacked the mental capacity to make the 2023 will.

Robert says his acting ambitions were ignited when Carry On star Hattie Jacques watched him play a wise man in his school nativity play.
