'I'm an architect and you're just a f***ing air hostess': drunk award-winner convicted after skipping her own trial

Simone de Gale, 44, founder of Simone de Gale Architects and a former female 'architect of the year', was convicted in absentia of four offences including assault and being drunk on an aircraft after failing to appear at Ealing Magistrates' Court. The architect jabbed flight attendant Sarah Jane Buckland near the collarbone and yanked her cardigan on a Virgin Atlantic flight from Dubai to Heathrow on February 5, erupting after Buckland asked her not to disturb a sleeping nine-month-old baby. An arrest warrant has been issued and de Gale remains on the run.
De Gale screamed 'you're a f***ing dumb air hostess, you need to learn your place' and called crew members 'racist'.
Arrest footage released by the Crown Prosecution Service shows de Gale telling officers 'I've not touched anyone or anything' and 'I don't think that's possible' when told she was being arrested.
Fellow passenger Graham Cox testified that de Gale repeatedly bragged during the flight about earning significantly more money than the cabin crew.
