IDF kills Nukhba Force commander who invaded Israel on October 7 in weekend Gaza strikes targeting several Hamas operatives

Israel's military struck and killed Abd al-Fattah Abu al-Eish, a Hamas Nukhba Force special-forces commander who took part personally in the October 7 massacre, in a raid on Jabalia in northern Gaza. Hamas operative Raed Adel Mohammed Alyan died in the same Saturday strike. A Sunday strike in Deir al-Balah took the life of Hamas operative Hassam Osama Hussein Nasir, whom the IDF said was actively directing attacks against troops and civilians.
Two further Nukhba Force members, Yasser Abu al-Khair and Mohammed al-Din, were killed in a separate Saturday strike in Khan Younis.
The IDF said all of those targeted had been advancing attacks and working to restore Hamas capabilities 'in systematic violation of the ceasefire agreement.'
Gaza health officials said the Deir al-Balah strike also killed three-year-old Tayyem Hamdan and left several other people wounded.
