Isis-linked terrorist who plotted to kidnap a British ambassador is caught over a BROKEN LIGHT after sneaking into Britain by lorry

Zana Abdul Rahman Rahim, 43, reached Dover from France in June despite a UK-wide ban, after several earlier attempts to get in. West Yorkshire Police uncovered his true identity during a routine check. He had served seven-and-a-half years in Italy as a spokesman and strategist for an Isis-affiliated cell. He is in custody and will be sentenced on October 30.
Rahim was a Derby car washer when a Europe-wide sting caught him in 2015.
He served as second-in-command to Rawti Shax founder Mullah Krekar, who had al-Qaeda links.
The network also discussed smuggling missiles and other weapons into Europe.
