Jesy Nelson's 16-month-old twin daughters Ocean and Story have been readmitted to hospital, with the former Little Mix star sharing a photo of the pair in a hospital bed together, wrapped in blankets and baby grows. The twins were diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy type 1 in January, and Nelson has since documented their ongoing medical challenges on social media.

Nelson, 35, and her ex-partner Zion Foster split in January, weeks after the SMA diagnosis was revealed.

Last week Nelson appeared to take a swipe at Foster, 27, by liking an Instagram post calling out 'deadbeat dads'.

Foster, who has faced accusations of abandoning his daughters, said he has received messages telling him to 'go kill yourself' amid the public breakdown of their relationship.
