Katie Price reveals 'devastating news' and urges fans to 'cherish every moment', but insists it is NOT her dying mum

Katie Price, 48, alarmed followers with an emotional Instagram post revealing she had received "devastating news" — but the former glamour model stressed it did not concern her terminally ill mother Amy. The message appeared in white lettering against a black background and read: "Love, health and family is so important — cherish every moment with loved ones and build memories."

Price explicitly added "No it's not my mum," followed by a prayer emoji, leaving the true cause of her distress unknown.

Her mother Amy, 74, has Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis and was given days to live, having survived a lung transplant after falling into a coma in 2023.

At ex Kieran Hayler's rape trial last month, Price told the court: "My mum's dying and I haven't been able to see her because I've got a cold."
