Robert Sabat, 60, murdered mother-of-two Dickiesha Nurse, 42, at her Tulse Hill flat in south London after being released from Wandsworth prison on licence in October last year. After his arrest, he told police he had 'killed before and got away with it' and demanded to be locked up again. He has been jailed for life with a minimum term of 17 years at the Old Bailey.
Sabat was freed on licence just one day after receiving a 12-month sentence at Kingston Crown Court — his licence was not due to expire until May 2026.
