Kristi Noem's estranged husband Bryon demands she pay him spousal support as divorce turns nasty
Bryon Noem has filed a legal response demanding monthly spousal support payments from his estranged wife Kristi, the former Homeland Security secretary, after she moved to end their 34-year marriage in September. Neither side has named a dollar figure and no judge has ruled yet, but Kristi's team has reserved the right to add fault-based grounds if the couple cannot settle.
Kristi filed for divorce on 28 September citing irreconcilable differences, but also reserved her own right to seek support from Bryon.
Photos previously revealed Bryon pursuing a 'bimbofication' fetish, posing in a crop top and fake breasts, and sending at least $25,000 to online fetish models using the alias 'Jason Jackson'.
The couple's three children are all adults, so no child support is at stake — leaving the spousal payment fight as the central battle.
