Lawyer claims Andrew Tate is 'very sick' after 95 days in a damp Miami cell and threatens to sue the jail

Joe McBride says Andrew Tate, 39, has requested medical attention multiple times at the Federal Detention Center in Miami without receiving any. He vowed to 'sue FDC Miami into oblivion' unless his client is treated. Tate and brother Tristan, 38, are fighting extradition to Britain on 59 charges, which both deny.

The brothers were arrested on 18 July at a bare-knuckle boxing event in Miami.

Tate earlier sought to leave Romania for the UAE, citing problems with his lungs.

In a note, Tristan complained he had 'lost 13 pounds' and was 'hungry'.
