'Leave my f–king kids alone': Maryland mother claims police won't remove a man living in a sewer who chases her children
Baltimore County Police arrested the man for trespassing on October 13, then released him on his own recognizance. A peace order against him expired unserved on October 19 because his address was listed as unknown. A second order runs out on Monday. Unique Wiggins, who moved to the Lutherville-Timonium area in May, says she was told sewers and culverts are public property.
Her daughter, 21, phoned in a panic: 'The man told me I can't walk right here.'
Wiggins heard him singing below a manhole, and he told her to keep the kids away.
She also accuses him of trespassing on her property and breaking into her car.
