London Zoo animals tuck into pumpkins packed with hidden treats for Halloween as keepers mark the zoo's 200th year

Zookeepers at London Zoo hid food inside carved pumpkins and other seasonal props to give residents including meerkats, gorillas and Komodo dragons a Halloween treat on Friday. The activity is designed to mimic the animals' natural foraging instincts, pushing them to problem-solve before reaching their reward.
Keepers say pumpkins are a favourite enrichment tool because animals must work to extract food hidden inside.
