Jack Fincham, who was already subject to a driving ban running until 2029, was taken to a police station for questioning on 26 October after his car struck a wall in Sidcup.

Jack Fincham, 35, was pictured leaving a Sidcup gym on Wednesday, days after reports emerged that he had been arrested on suspicion of drug-driving following a collision in which his Audi TT hit a brick wall and damaged two trees on September 20. The reality star, who won Love Island in 2018 with Dani Dyer, attended a police station for questioning on October 26 but has not been charged.

A 2024 cocaine-impaired driving conviction — which also covered speeding and using false number plates — had resulted in an 18-month suspended sentence and a driving ban for Fincham.

He had reportedly been 'sober and drug free' since the crash, and is thought to have visited a nearby pub following an addiction support meeting on the night in question.

Dangerous dog offences led to his suspended sentence being extended by three months in March 2025, and he was fined £375 in April for missing community service while in rehab at Rainford Hall.
