Man, 35, is arrested on suspicion of murdering a Limerick woman who was last seen in Enniskillen on October 10

Carrie Mullane (Noonan), 39, from Limerick, took a bus to Enniskillen on 10 October with a man she knew, and was last seen at an address in Trasna Park at around 9pm that night. She has made no contact with family or friends since, and the PSNI now holds "serious concern" she was murdered shortly after arriving in Northern Ireland. A 35-year-old man, described as known to Mullane, is in custody on suspicion of her murder.

An Garda Síochána raised concerns about Mullane's whereabouts with the PSNI on 29 October, nearly three weeks after she vanished.

CCTV trawls, house-to-house searches, electronics analysis and witness interviews have all failed to establish her location.

Two PSNI Family Liaison Officers have been sent to Limerick to support Mullane's devastated loved ones.
