Man in his 30s dies after a car crashes into a Wolverhampton Lidl when its driver reportedly suffers a medical incident

Paramedics found eight patients at the Finchfield Hill store shortly before 6pm on Friday. The man was given advanced life support inside the shop but was confirmed dead at the scene. Two shoppers were taken to hospital, one woman in a serious condition, along with the SUV's female driver. West Midlands Police say the death is not being treated as suspicious.

Witness Tina Bonev called the crash 'absolutely terrifying', with 'shock and confusion' afterwards.

Footage captured a man shouting 'Everyone get out the store' as alarms sounded.

A woman could be heard pleading: 'Can anybody do first aid?'
