Unique Wiggins heard a man singing beneath a manhole near her Lutherville-Timonium home and shouted, 'Leave my f***ing kids alone.' He shot back that she should tell her children to leave him alone instead. Wiggins says her children complained at least four times before she checked. She says Baltimore County police told her sewer lines and culverts are public property.
Her 21-year-old daughter rang in a panic: 'Mom, I'm scared... the man in the sewer.'
Wiggins wants 'no trespassing' signs put up and the sewer holes covered.
'He should not live in the sewer,' she said, though she stopped short of demanding jail.
