Meghan has unveiled a £112 luxury advent calendar through her As Ever brand just weeks after relocating from California to the UK — but the product is only available for delivery within the United States. The limited-edition box, created with Los Angeles chocolatier Compartes, contains 24 handcrafted chocolates inspired by the Sussexes' former Montecito mansion and its gardens. Each chocolate is numbered in Meghan's own handwriting, 'hand-painted in edible gold luster', and the keepsake packaging features an illustration of the California home.
The calendar went on pre-order Thursday, priced at $148, with flavours drawn from 'California's fresh bounty' including strawberry, raspberry and dark chocolate ganache.
Meghan and Harry made a dramatic U-turn and returned to Britain at the end of August, six years after quitting the working monarchy for a new life in the US.
The snub to UK buyers comes despite the couple's high-profile British return, with As Ever's wider range — including jam, wine and flower sprinkles — also shipping exclusively inside the US.
