Palestine Action was proscribed in June 2025, a designation the Court of Appeal upheld in June 2026; publicly supporting the group is now a Terrorism Act offence.
The arrests came days before the group's further challenge to its proscribed status is due to be heard at the Supreme Court on 4 November.
Charles Allison, a retired lawyer aged 75, travelled nearly 300 miles from Cumbria to attend, saying: 'I fear for our civil liberties.'
