Police hunt a suspect who 'may be in disguise' after a man, 35, was shot dead in an Enfield pub
Detectives cannot say whether the figure in their CCTV image is a man or a woman. The image shows long curly ginger hair, a purple hat, pink trousers and black gloves. The killing happened at The Sun & Woolpack on Hertford Road at around 9.30pm on Monday. Detective Chief Inspector Allam Bhangoo called it a 'senseless act', and no arrests have been made.
Paramedics and London's Air Ambulance could not save him, and he died at the scene.
The pub stayed shut on Tuesday while forensics teams and door-to-door inquiries continued.
Chief Superintendent Anna Mccartney said: 'Serious violence has no place in our community.'
