Mia Goth files for divorce from Shia LaBeouf after decade of marriage as daughter custody fight begins

Mia Goth, 32, filed for divorce from Shia LaBeouf, 40, in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences and listing July 28, 2025 as the date of separation. The couple, who met on the set of 'Nymphomaniac: Vol II' in 2012 and married in Las Vegas in 2016, share a four-year-old daughter named Isabel. Goth is seeking primary legal and physical custody of Isabel, with visitation rights for LaBeouf, and has asked the court to deny either party spousal support.

The couple previously split in 2018 and attempted an amicable divorce that was never finalised, before reconciling in 2020.

LaBeouf was arrested in February after a drunken bar brawl in New Orleans, adding to years of controversy including abuse allegations from ex FKA Twigs.

The day before Goth filed, LaBeouf settled a lawsuit with FKA Twigs for the second time over claims he emotionally and physically abused her during their relationship.
