Michelle Keegan has made her acting comeback following the birth of her daughter Palma, taking on the role of DI Emma Crane in ITV's new police murder drama 'The Blame'. Only one episode in, audiences are already pointing to her on-screen partner DI Tom Radley, played by Douglas Booth, as the killer. The opening episode also included a steamy public sex scene between the two detective characters in the rain.

The series follows the murder of 16-year-old Sophie Madsen, a figure skater, in a small town steeped in police corruption.

Viewers labelled Booth's character 'guilty as hell', though some questioned whether he was too obvious a suspect given that five episodes remain.
