Mike Tindall, who once dubbed Prince William 'One Pint Willy', is celebrating his 48th birthday

Mike Tindall, who once dubbed Prince William 'One Pint Willy', is celebrating his 48th birthday

The former England rugby star said the cheeky nickname stuck because William is 'not the best of drinkers'. He revealed it on a podcast with his wife Zara and the late Rugby League legend Rob Burrow, who was then living with Motor Neurone Disease. A giggling Zara warned him: 'You are in so much trouble.' William later met Burrow himself.

Ex-royal butler Grant Harrold says the Tindalls are not working royals and 'don't want to be'.

Harrold says the couple show off a 'normal' and modern side of the Royal Family.

Zara admitted Mike is saved in her phone as something ending in 'kitten'.
