Not a second of bodycam footage has been released since Kohen Wiley was shot dead outside a Senatobia Walmart on June 14. Family lawyer Ben Crump said: 'If the footage supports the state's decision, release it.' Attorney General Lynn Fitch's office gave no reasoning for clearing the officer. Neither Vellesiya Wiley nor driver Latoya Ferrell was ever charged with shoplifting.

Police had been called over allegedly stolen nappies and baby clothes.

The town's white police chief, Harold Vanderford, was fired over racial slurs in text messages.

Crump says an independent autopsy shows the fatal shot came through the passenger-side window.
