Mississippi releases bodycam video of police shooting that killed boy, 1, on his mother's lap after the officer was cleared

Sgt. Hunter Foster fired on a fleeing car in a Senatobia Walmart car park in June, killing Kohen Wiley in the front passenger seat. The Mississippi Attorney General's office ruled the shooting justified and filed no charges. Kohen's grandmother Veronica Roberson found out from news reports and a leaked clip. Five officers had swarmed the car over an alleged shoplifting attempt.
Roberson: 'The word "justified" has haunted me. There's no justification for that.'
Footage shows the car's wheels turning away from Foster as he touched the hood.
Family lawyer Ben Crump: 'Diapers should never cost a baby their life.'
