Family say bodycam footage shows Mississippi police killing of boy, 1, on his mother's lap was not justified

Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch ruled on Monday that Senatobia officer Sgt Hunter Foster's use of force was justified, and no charges will be filed. Kohen Wiley's family learned of the decision through social media. The footage shows the car's wheels turning away from Foster at the moment he put his hands on the bonnet. 'The word "justified" has haunted me,' said grandmother Veronica Roberson.

Foster fired into a Walmart car park getaway car over stolen nappies and baby clothes.

Family lawyer Ben Crump: 'The shot from the side of the vehicle was not justified.'

Kohen would have turned two on 1 November.
