Mississippi releases bodycam of a police officer fatally shooting a one-year-old boy on his mother's lap after he was cleared

Kohen Wiley, who would have turned two on November 1, was killed in June when Senatobia police Sgt Hunter Foster opened fire on a car speeding away from a Walmart car park. On Monday, Attorney General Lynn Fitch ruled the force was justified and brought no charges. The video shows the car's wheels turning away from Foster as he placed his hands on its bonnet. Kohen's family learned of the ruling from news reports.
'The word "justified" has haunted me,' said Kohen's grandmother, Veronica Roberson.
Family lawyer Ben Crump: 'Diapers should never cost a baby their life.'
Kohen's mother, Vellesiya Wiley, denies stealing nappies and has not been charged.
