More men are charged over 'meth lab' discovered on Warwickshire farm

Kenneth Burton, Paul Harkness Mawby and Anthony Devine, all 34, are due before Teesside magistrates today. Mohammed Khan, 36, of Sparkhill, is due at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on the same day. National Crime Agency officers arrested the four on Thursday after searches across Birmingham and the North East. The US Drug Enforcement Agency backed the investigation into the alleged lab near Furnace End.

The five Mexican defendants claim they were legitimately working on the farm as chefs and builders.

Four of the five Mexicans come from Culiacan, in Mexico's Sinaloa region.

A police photo shows a basement crammed with gas canisters, plastic tubs and metal tubing.
