Mother-of-seven who hurled nappies into her neighbours' garden for seven years avoids jail and is ordered to pay them JUST £70

Sufina Aslam, 42, a mother of seven from Yardley, Birmingham, pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment and one count of breaching a restraining order after CCTV captured her repeatedly dumping filth over her fence. Her neighbours were forced to spend £4,000 clearing up the waste and repairing damage to their home. District Judge Michelle Smith called the offending 'persistent' but ruled that an 'intense supervision order rather than custody' was appropriate.
One victim said in a statement: 'It's a constant mental torture for all of us — I panic when I hear her voice.'
The seven-year campaign included dirty nappies, sanitary towels, food waste, bin bags and cooking pans full of oil hurled next door.
Aslam smirked on camera while peering over the fence at the mess she had made, and the judge warned any further offending could see her jailed.
