MS NOW forced to correct bogus claim that FBI Director Kash Patel had flown to Russia while he was in Virginia

The FBI publicly ridiculed MS NOW after the broadcaster reported live that Kash Patel had secretly travelled to Russia for meetings — while he was in fact at a law enforcement appreciation event at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. The FBI's Rapid Response account shared photos of Patel at the occasion and stated that MS NOW's sources were "familiar with NOTHING." Patel himself responded with "Facts over clickbait." MS NOW subsequently issued an on-air correction.
