Gabrielle Debotte, 27, told jurors she warned her cousin Simon Richardson, 35, to slow down and he smirked: 'I'm a professional driver.' She said she shouted 'bike' three times before the crash, then heard 'moaning' and told him 'he's under the car'. Headteacher Michael Mullins, 56, was dragged 1.3 miles beneath the Volvo XC90. Richardson denies murder at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.

Michael Mullins was cycling home from Stretford Grammar School in Altrincham on April 20.

Prosecutors allege Richardson veered 'deliberately from side to side' on a Lymm lane to dislodge him.

The father-of-two was found still breathing but died about 40 minutes after being hit.
