Musk pitched Ukraine Starlink throttle to Trump who agreed, report reveals — as both men had denied all knowledge

A Telegraph investigation has found that Elon Musk personally approached President Trump with the idea of slowing Ukraine's access to Starshield — the military-grade satellite network — during the row over Ukrainian strikes on Russian oil refineries. Trump reportedly agreed, after which the Pentagon executed the order, capping drone speeds at roughly 100 mph and leaving Ukrainian interceptors unable to catch faster Russian missiles and drones on a night Kyiv called a massacre. Both men had publicly denied involvement before the report landed.
Reportedly, both men were involved: 'He tweeted out that he was innocent — the reality is they were both in it.'
Musk reportedly reversed course after fearing a consumer backlash in Europe, with Poland's foreign minister warning: 'As your European customers, we are watching you.'
A bipartisan group of nine senators — including Republican Intelligence Committee members Susan Collins and John Cornyn — has written to the Pentagon inspector general demanding a full investigation.
