Mystery star is escorted from Bray Studios by security as James Bond screen tests continue after Callum Turner's audition

Callum Turner, 36, kicked off the 007 auditions on Friday, with between three and five actors believed to have reached the final stage. Slow Horses star Jack Lowden remains the bookies' 4/6 favourite, with Turner his nearest rival at 3/1. Richard Madden has surged from 40/1 to 14/1 in a late move. The tests cover stunts, camera presence and dialogue at the Berkshire studios Amazon MGM bought in 2024.

The Crown's Josh O'Connor is also in the mix to replace Daniel Craig.

Australian Jacob Elordi, 29, is in the running, which risks angering fans who want a Brit.

'No Time To Die' came out five years ago, the longest gap ever between Bond films.
