New footage shows a Mississippi officer firing into a car at Walmart and killing a baby boy, but he faces NO charges

Kohen Wiley, one, was sitting on his mother Vellesiya Wiley's lap when the officer fired on a car leaving a Senatobia Walmart on June 14. Five officers ran out after reports of a shoplifter and shouted 'stop the car' before the driver, a friend of the mother, nearly hit one. Attorney General Lynn Fitch ruled the force 'justified'. Both women deny shoplifting and have not been charged.

The bodycam from the officer who fired the fatal shot was left out of the leaked footage.
