New York mayor Zohran Mamdani is accused of 'openly helping illegal aliens evade ICE' with Spanish-language video

Florida Senator Rick Scott called the clip 'unbelievable' and accused Democrats of trying to recreate 'Biden's open border disaster'. In the minute-and-a-half video, posted on Friday, Mamdani said ICE 'cannot legally enter private spaces without a judicial order'. He told viewers to ask agents to 'pass the order under the door'. He added that anyone stopped on the street can stay silent and ask: 'Am I free to go?'

Rep Nick LaLota said the socialist mayor used 'taxpayer resources to instruct illegals, in Spanish'.

Utah Senator Mike Lee said nobody in the clip is urged to 'abide by the laws'.

Judicial Watch's Tom Fitton warned the video 'could put lives in danger'.
