NHS ambulance staff are probed for snooping on tiger victim's medical records without 'legitimate reason'

Yorkshire Ambulance Trust has launched an investigation into two members of staff who attended emergency calls at Yorkshire Wildlife Park near Doncaster. Officials have acknowledged 'two instances' of Chapman's records being accessed in the immediate aftermath of the attack being reported. The Information Commissioner's Office has been informed, and Chapman's family has been made aware of the inquiry.
Chapman, 24, a former child actor, entered the enclosure of Altai, a Siberian tiger, on 10 October.
His family said he had a diagnosis of schizophrenia and was under psychiatric supervision.
The park reopened this week, and staff confirmed Altai would not be euthanised.
